These terms cover your use of bingbillboard.com (the "site"), run by Slabaugh LLC ("BingBillboard", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Paid work is covered by a separate written service agreement, and if the two ever conflict, the service agreement wins.

What the site is for

The site describes our services and lets you request a free Billboard Check or contact us. The free check is general information about what a search showed at one moment, from one place. It isn't legal, financial or professional advice.

No guarantees about search results

Bing, Google and other platforms decide what they show and what they suggest, and they change often. We don't control them, so we don't guarantee any ranking, Billboard Score, search suggestion, number of calls or other result. Example searches on this site use made-up businesses and aren't client results.

Not affiliated with search engines

BingBillboard is an independent service. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft, Google, Apple, Yelp or any other platform we mention. Bing is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the platforms we work with.

Using the site fairly

• Give true information in our forms, about a business you own or are allowed to represent.
• Don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, attacks, or attempts to get around its security.

Our content

The words, design and graphics on the site belong to BingBillboard. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy the site or present our content as your own.

We link to our sister sites and to other websites. We aren't responsible for sites we don't run.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, BingBillboard isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute about the site belongs in the courts of Wayne County, Ohio.
